Viviana is a native of Venezuela who moved to the U.S. with her family in 2006. While completing her undergraduate degree from Georgia State University, Viviana worked as a Personal Injury and Immigration paralegal. After 6 years in the private legal field, she decided to pursue her career goals in the public/non-profit sector and completed a Master’s degree in Public Administration with a concentration in Finance and Management. Her passion is helping individuals to find a meaning in life in a safe and supportive environment.

Viviana finds this in Side by Side and immediately became a volunteer in this community. She continues her career growth at Side by Side and is the current Senior Director of Business Operations. Viviana brings a decade of experience in different areas of the program, providing her with the background needed to lead the organization's financial health and growth. She lives with her husband and two sons and loves spending time watching soccer and traveling abroad..
